Dream about missing boy Declan Crouch?

This is my second dream about him, but I had a dream that he was living, and in hiding with a couple both probably in their 50's and they were watching over him. They didn't seem very stable, they seemed very protective, but the lady had dark blonde hair, cut straight to her ears, and the man just had short white hair. Their house was very very nice and had hard wood floors, a nice coffee table, and couches, and was beautiful. Declan was kinda walking around like he needed to do something, he was wearing a long sleeve black shirt with 2 white stripes down the side, and knee length shorts. The shirt was spandex, like the ones you wear when surfing. What did this mean?
