Stomach Ache?? Can't Sleep!!?

Try drinking water or Ginger ale. Sometimes plain sodas will settle your stomach. I doubt you pulled a stomach muscle if you're feeling sick. Did you eat something strange today? Maybe too much of one thing? I would personally get a light snack (crackers?) and either water or Canada dry. If you do have soda, only drink a little so you don't feel bloated. I hope this helps!
