How long will it take altogether to evict me?

i'm collecting unemployment, have no job, still looking & work temp when i get assignments. i moved into my apt this yr in march with my cousin bcz i couldnt pay rent alone. my cousin MOVED OUT. now i'm struggling with the rent & fell behind. i managed to pay May's rent but June's rent is late & now July's rent is due. I can only make payments of $200-$250 a wk for now till I'm caught up. i made them aware of it but i have other bills az well & i'm struggling. A possible bright side is I'm working at a temp assignment that COULD go permanent by August. if I get hired I will be able to pay the rents owed asap with 1 or 2 paychecks bcz i will be making more money. but right now i'm in danger of getting evicted & i'm scared. does anyone know how long exactly the eviction process is altogether? if i get served eviction papers will i only have 3 days to move out? how exactly does this work? thanx 4 ur help
