House of Night Series Question!?

Well i havent read that book in a while so i forgot the details, but im betting zoey got betrayed by Neferet in the 2nd book? I'm not sure. Or maybe you could count stevie rae becoming a red fledgling (unintentionally) as betrayl. Though I know what you mean. No one is truly betrayed in that book.
