How do we find out how to get david tutera and have him do my nephews wedding.?

my nephew and his fiance are planning a wedding february 19,2012 and have not even started to do anything, so i am trying to help them out. just recently my nephew loren found his biological father after i wrote to troy dunn. we found him in 2009 and before they could meet for the first time in my nephews life, his dad past away october 28,2009 due to an accident. we had a memorial service for him here in hawaii. my nephew and his fiance dream is to have a special wedding and invite his new found relatives that live in ohio. i would like to find out how much it would cost to have david tutera do his wedding here in hawaii. my nephew and his fiance jennifer also just lost her maternal grandfather who live in the philipines the day before we went to look at a venue. so it was a somber day. could you please help me out with my situation? i would really appreciate it. aloha from hawaii claudy higa
