I've been getting a strange pain since I woke up this morning?

I woke up this morning there was no big deal but when I got up I felt a stinging pain in my crouch my dick is hurting but not the whole thing just the tip of the head was hurting like bottom part of the head I'm wearing boxers when it rubs against it I feel pain but when I sit down I don't feel anything plus walking is a ***** can you help figure this out also not to mention there is no marks are anything it looks normal
