Is it possible for two people to be telepathic?

I was just wondering, because me and my bestfriend have known each other for about 3 years now. We're like sister, always round each others house and going out with each other. but the other day i was round her house and we was on the laptop talking to someone and then i thought in my head. ' oh that person is gay' and then my friend wrote to him ' Loren thinks your gay' without me saying anything.! it was really weird. but its not happened once its happened a couple of times. She thinks thinks and i say them or do them. Or the other way round. But im not really sure if telepathic people exist?
