PERIOD PAIN THAT MAKES ME WANT TO DIE..PLEASE HELP!!?

fronm the very first time i got my period it was soooooooo painful. I cant sleep at night. i crouch on thefloor and cry, and pray. It make me vomit. Somtimes i go and lay face down on the kitchen tiles a 3am. at school , i get rushed to sick bay. and now THE MOST DECISiVE exam of my life is in 2 days and i got it. HOW do i make it feel beeter.I HAVE TO STUDY,..this test is so IMPORTANt. I cant tell my family because we dont discuss things like this. WHAT CAN I DO AT HOME TO MAKE IT FEEL BETTER. panadol and nuerfen doesnt work, and i cant take a hot water bottle to the exm , PLease help. AND mine goes for 7 days full! even though the pain gradually decreases from horrible to terrible. PLEASE HELP.I CANT GO THROUGH IT AGAIN. ESPECIALLY NOT NOW...
