Try drinking water or Ginger ale. Sometimes plain sodas will settle your stomach. I doubt you pulled a stomach muscle if you're feeling sick. Did you eat something strange today? Question about association and parking space.?

I own a townhouse and I have association. Due to the lost of my job a year ago, I couldnt pay my mortgage and assoc fees. Is this legal? I mean when I bought my house I paid for the parking too because I have 2 private parking space in front of my house. It is a townhouse no a condominium. UTI and antibiotic side affects.?

I have had a UTI for a week, and yesterday I went to the CVS Minute Clinic (I do not have insurance). I was prescribed SMZ/TMP 800-160 Tab as an antibiotic. After taking two doses of this, I have had extreme chills, then extreme sweating, a slightly high fever (100.4), and a TERRIBLE headache. I called the NA at the Minute Clinic back and she has changed my antibiotics, but I am worried that I have a kidney infection. She told me to take the new antibiotic and see if things are better within 3 days. I can't afford to go to a real doctors office, and I owe quite a bit to the ER... they probably won't even see me. Any suggestions/advice?

Family problems... that I have tried fixing, believe me, what do I do?

My mother is needy, lonely, and emotionally abusive. I think she has some sort of mental problem from getting emotionally abused most of her life (by her own mother) and from getting physically abused by two of her lovers. One of them was my father (they are divorced now and have been for about 8 years, but they were together for about 15 years) and the other one banged her head against a door jam and it may have done damage to her brain, the reason why he did this was because she told him that she thought he was cheating on her. It was quite obvious that he was though, because he dropped hints all the time and even I noticed it. The men that were physically abusive are long gone out of her life now though. The problem right now is, she is still talking to her emotionally abusive family. She almost has to because we are running out of money and she owes a lot to credit cards, and she's also trying to get her taxes done for my big sister's college tuition money so she can complete college and become a Biology teacher. The reason why she has to keep in touch with this abusive family is because her mother is dying from cancer, and she has put my mother on a trust. She is also giving most of the money to my mother's brothers, who are well on their feet and do not need the money like we do. My mother also can't get a job easily because she is older (54 years old) and we live in the country in the middle of nowhere and can't afford to drive far away to work. She is trying out this internet business thing, and she also just recently patented two inventions that may become very popular. The thing is, I will be going off to college in 2 years. I used to want to go to college in North Carolina or South Carolina. She wanted to come with me. But now I have made my final decision and want to go college in Masssachusetts. I have told her where I want to go and now she wants to follow me there too. But I don't want her to follow me, I want space. Because from getting abused most of her life, she is also abusive. And she also has a pretty bad Bipolar disorder, which she denies having and refuses to see a therapist or go on medication to help it. But she has been emotionally abusing me ever since my sister moved out to go to college. But when my sister was living here, it was her that she was emotionally abusing and buttering me up. But now it's the opposite. She favors my sister and acts like she misses her so much and acts like I'm a piece of ****. She has called me a ***** much more than I can count. I have done nothing wrong to her, and neither one of me or my sister deserves this. But she wants to live with both of us, and neither of us want that. Another thing is, she has said that she feels crazy. She says a lot of times she doesn't want to do anything at all, and sometimes she says she feels like killing people (literally). Pain in chest under left breast, Randomly...?

So I've been having chest pain for a long time now. I think it started when I was about eleven, with stomach pain and when i went to see a doctor they had told me that it was because of constipation because my bowels are messed up. i don't 'go' as much as i should, maybe a couple times a week...so the doctor put me on miralax and it kinda got better but then i started to get pain in my left side and/ or chest randomly when i was about fourteen and i wouldn't be able to really move without the pain worsening and i would have to be crouched or leaned over for it to kinda go away on it's own. it happened like when i would walk or eat fast food, and when it happened it would be hard to breathe, i would gasp for air. so when i went to the doctor they told me it was because of acid reflux issues and they put me on medication that i would take whenever this ooccurred but it didn't really help...but kinda stopped happening after i went on a special diet, you know like stopped eating fast food, fried greasy spicy, things that would cause acid reflux. but after a while i started to eat whatever and i was fine. like maybe another couple of years later it started with some mild pain under my left breast every once and a while...sometimes just when sitting and the same before, i wouldn't be able to move or take any deep breaths without the pain worsening and it go away unless it stayed kinda leaning with my hands over my chest, very still and it would gradually go away. But more recently it's been happening EVERYDAY, and it's like this gripping tight pain and it feels like my insides are just breaking. the other night when i was asleep i really thought i was dreaming because it hurt so bad. the pain just came out of nowhere and i had to hold on to myself in like a fetal position for it go away but anytime i moved it would come shooting back and i was in AGONY, and somehow after maybe 45 minutes or so , maybe because i was in and out of a dazed sleep when this was going on, it stopped when just laid on my right side and didn't move. on other days it happens when im lying down, or if im excising especially. basically it can happen when i do anything. don't drink or smoke or am on any medication. anything helps, would see a doctor but really tight on money right now. so looking for info online. im 18 yr. old female i still have constipation if that could be it....

First off I would find a new vet. Your dog probably is epileptic. Seizures are often aggravated by stress which may be why the cage plays a factor. There are great epilepsy drugs that a vet can give you that will greatly reduce and even stop seizures. Also the vet can give you a shot(I forgot what it is called) that you can administer at the time of the seizure to help ease it. If the seizure goes on for five minutes or longer the dog needs to immediately see a vet. Also when you notice a seizure is occurring make sure your dog is on the ground, on top of blankets if possibly with nothing nearby that the dog can hit its head on. Good luck.

How to knock people out for two minutes or more?

Basically, I know two or three methods of knocking people out. There's the Crusher, (making someone high on oxygen then shoving their chest) the Crouching Thumb (getting high on oxygen then blowing on your thumb until you pass out), and a hefty punch to the temple. Neither are safe, obviously. I've tried all three, and so have my friends- it's just a kind of "messing-around-being-a-douche" thing. It's just fun to do it sometimes, see who can be out the longest. I know you have to be passed out for a minimum of four minutes to begin the risk of taking brain damage. Nobody we've got to do it (including ourselves) has got that far. The best we've had was around twenty seconds. Some of my friends wanna know how you do it for a bit longer, just because they like the "passing-out" feel. I guess. We normally do the Crouching Thumb method. You crouch on the floor, and breathe in and out shallowly and quickly for 30secs, until you start to feel really light headed. Then you stand up as quick as you can, jam your thumb in your mouth and blow as hard as you can until your vision fades and you pass out. Apparently breathing for longer works, we did 100secs on someone once and they were out for about half a minute- but that's about the highest it'll go, thirty seconds however long you breathe for. Is there a way to make you pass out for a bit longer? I mean, when people are injured they can sometimes pass out for an hour. We don't wanna do that, obviously, but maybe just a minute or two. Do you think harry potter movies before the goblet of fire were the only ones that did justice to the novel?

You have to expect changes in the movies. The books are so intricate and rich with plot and characterisations and smaller storylines that it would be impossible to squeeze it all in a film. They have to make allowances and cheats to make things happen. I'm not that keen on Goblet of Fire the film myself because of many of the things you said. It irritates me at the changes. The first two Harry Potter's are most close to the book because the plots are a lot more basic compared to the other movies. However though they still have missed things out, I think that they've done very well with HP and the Deathly Hallows part 1. Having read the books and being a big fan of them I can fit in things that I know from the books, I do wonder however how well people who have only seen the movies understand what is going on.

My lender keeps throwing up road blocks in my refinance. What can I do?

So I have been trying to refi my house to build a garage. I owe 50k and they said they'll lend 80 percent of the appraised value. First appraisal came in at 85k. Giving me a little less than I wanted but I could swing it. The underwriter kept trying to get the appraiser to knock the appraisal down but they wouldn't so the underwriter ordered a new appraisal. That one came back at 85k and the underwriter said now they'll only loan up to 75 percent of the appraisal or I can get a non-fixed heloc loan for the garage. The whole point was to get one loan at a low fixed rate. Now rates are going back up and the whole summer is almost gone. So if I go to another lender and it takes 30-45 days to close (going on 60 with this bank) that puts me mid August for building it and puts a crunch on time frame. I just want to know if this is legal? If I would have been told ANY of this could happen I would have just went back to Wells Fargo whom seems to still like to finance people with 800 mid scores and 28 percent debt to income. So what can I do and is this legal? And can they stick me with there useless appraisals?

Hi Flo... You really need to let go of Loren. You may still love her, but she sounds like she's too much trouble romantically. She's dropped you what, 2 or 3 times? Sadly, you really can't. The ones you've already identified are pretty much it. You can try to find some torrent files with comics, but there are no websites that host the content straight up. The reason: Marvel is owned by Disney and DC is owned by Time-Warner, two of the biggest corporate giants in the world. They are ON TOP of making sure nobody misappropriates their stuff. It doesn't hurt that Time-Warner also controls a large part of the communication industry. There was a great website a little while ago called htmlcomics.com that hosted lots of great stuff (including X-23). Then, about a year ago the FBI literally kicked the door in, took the owner to jail and confiscated the servers. That was the end of that. They don't kid around. I have been working for about a year now for a large company. The guy who interviewed me and hired me i was instantly attracted to. So basically i arrived at work at 7am and he was in his office early and it was only the 2 of us for half hour and i went in and stood chatting to him. I had just got back from OS as had he so we were chattig about travel. During the whole time of convo he looked me in the eyes while we talked as well as turned to face me slightly with his upper body and smiled a heck of a lot and laughed. He seemed happy to keep talking and it was me after half hour who said i better go do some work. A few hours later i went back in to show him some photos on my iphone that i told him i would. When i went in i crouched down next to him on the corner of his desk and started to show him pics in my phone. Ater a few pics he leant over and clenched his hand behind mine holding the phone and brushed it completely accross mine while taking it out of my hand to look at the pics. I remember thinking omg did he just really do that as to me i would think that in his position he would try and avoid touching my hand and grabbing the phone by the top or something so as not to touch me and give me the wrong idea. Such a little thing i know but i just find it weird that he would touch / hold the phone in both our hands for a couple seconds the way he did if he could just pick it up from the top as most would do. I know when i like someone i do things like this to show affection The whole top of half of phone was there to be grabbed and he chose to do what he did? . When it happened he was still leaning quite close to me while looking at pics and laughing and chatting. I asked him if he had been to asia and he said no he was waiting till he had a partner who wanted to travel to asia. I said i thought you had a girlfriend and he laughed and said yeah like 5 months ago when i was livong interstate. So that was yesterday and when i passed him walking to his office today he just did the look up at me raise his eyebrows quite high for a second or so with a very slight smile and eye contact. He has pretty much always done the eyebrow thing since we have talked more. Whenever i have talked to him he is always smiling quite largely and 100% locked in eye contact with me. I get all shy when i walk to my desk as his office is like a runway to my desk so if i look straight ahead i look right at him so i dont look ahead so dont know if hes looking at me or not. I know most work staff dont talk to him but i chat to him at ease like a mate and he reacts likewise. I really have alot chemistry for him and have tried to fight it for so long because of the work thing but after the incident yesterday i seriously dont know what to do. Thoughts?

What a very great description! You could probably describe the woman a bit more. Also, can you see the last sentence, 'Then there was a loud...'. Take out the 'Then'. I have been dealing with the IRS for over 2 months now about my 2009/10 tax debt. They want me to make per month payments of over $400 a month, which I can only afford by cutting out any bill that isn't mortgage, electric, or small living expenses. I understand that I owe, and I am willing to pay, but they are basing these payments soley on the assumption that any extra money that isn't going to a necessity should go to them, for 60 months. I am completely devastated. So I went to bed around 4 am the other night and I heard a commotion in the living room. I assumed this was my two cats chasing each other like usual. Here it is...i had a car, it was not insured 100% coverage, and i had an accident. The fault was 50/50, so the police decided to leave it to our insurance. I got hurt wearing a fall safety harness while doing confined entry/space work on my hands and knees or crouching. My job had me doing this for 8-12 hours plus for 2 days. I feel that a confined space safety system would have prevented this because that is what it is designed to do. NEVER. i'm so worried about this. the cyfd told us that we should go back to the original, court ordered visitation, but this little girl has issues, when i leave her anywhere. she doesn't know these people and i just couldn't let them take her like that. i did tell them that i'd work with them with supervised visits and slowly get her aquainted with them, but they threw a big fit and said that they are her family and they want the original visitation 3 days a week for 2 hours a visit... now they're suing us for custody. i'm so worried about this. thank you. and i promise you. i'm not a troll. thanks.. <3

Cat's Acting Weird - Dilated Eyes?

I got my sister a cat for Christmas and we have had her for several months now. She does not look like a normal cat, she has a kind of squished nose with a small face and huge eyes. When we got her, she was not very healthy. She sneezed, coughed, and wheezed all the time, but she is now a healthy cat. She is the same age as my cat, but she is way smaller. She eats often, and has a healthy diet, but today she has been acting really weird. Her eyes are extremely dilated, so much that her iris is barely visible. She has been crouching low to the ground and sniffing everything, and when she hears a noise, she jumped really high. We can't figure out what's wrong with her. She acts super scared, like she's hallucinating but I don't think she ate anything bad. She is an inside cat, and she has only acted like this once, and in that case she hid behind a cupboard for about six hours. I have put her in her kennel to keep her from hurting herself, but every time she touches the walls of the kennel, she freaks out. Are any Realtors seeing banks accepting non-hardship related short sales being accepted? Specifically if there is no other reason other than the seller being upside down in their loan? Car Interest Loan Scam?

Hi my mom has been paying off a car since november 2009 she has paid 538.00 monthly since. Her car cost 20,000 and i recently went online to check to see how much she owes since im the one who pays her bills online and it says she owes 17,000 dollars. I was of course taken aback . I immedietly called honda financial services and was told that she had signed a contract with honda and taken out a Interest loan. which basically means all her money has been going to pay Interest not her actual car. Direct TV stole my money! Who can I contact?

We were late on Direct TV and they decided to take money out of every account we ever used without our authorization, and bounced 2 checks in the process. I put in a dispute with the bank, and they credited the account back temporarily. Then I called Direct TV, they confirmed the charges were reversed, and I paid the account in full, including the money they took out without our permission. Then a week later they charged the same account again, which again resulted in an overdraft fee and another charge. I DIDN'T OWE THEM ANY MONEY! Now they refuse to credit my account back the $35 until I show them my bank statements (which means give them my account numbers so they can take money again?). One lady (a supposed supervisor) told me we have a balance due next week, so they can take it if they want to! Anyone know of who I could contact for this (government agency, etc.)? I already tried the bank and they pretty much told me since we have an active account and it isn't free, they can take as much money as they want. Something really isn't right here. I already know the BBB, but their rating is already a D with thousands of unresolved complaints. Any other ideas? By the way, it is not the $35 I am fighting about. It is about the $160+ in fees I had as a result of what they did.

The number is (856) 823-0398 and (253) 363-9006. The 253 number when called back asks if I want my number removed from their call list which seems a little suspicious to me. Also I checked my bank statements for the date I supposedly received the money and there is no indication of a transfer of any money or direct deposit for the date in ? Or 2 months prior and after as well. I never received email or mail notifications to pay back this company. I filled out an app for a loan but didn't follow through and canceled the order without receiving money. The people have all my info and when notified about my findings from my bank told me I Dnt have enough proof and would loose the case if it goes to court. The only way to postpone the case is to pay them 250 dollars so they can investigate more. I dnt knw if this is real or a scam all I knw is my bank has no indication of it and I have never received money from any loan office.

Hey im luis, My mother passed away September 30th 2010 from bone cancer, i have three sister no brothers, one of my sister died at like 9 months pregnant, my other sister is handi-cap and my other sister is 24. Try having your blood pressure checked. I had pretty much the same symptoms. My head hurt as if a knife was stabbing me from my eye through the back of my head. My blood pressure was high so they put me on BP medication. The headaches and other symptoms want away immediatly.. Your problem may be as simple as that. I have to take medication every day but it's no big deal. So relax. Your stressing out about it is only making it worse.
